At Cre8ive Legacies, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized items and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below:


General Return Policy

  1. Custom and Personalized Items

    • All custom and personalized products (e.g., memorial items, party favors, custom-designed merchandise) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We encourage you to double-check all personalization details (e.g., names, dates, colors, and designs) before submitting your order.

  2. Non-Custom Items

    • For non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim.

    • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

  4. Incorrect Orders

    • If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will correct the issue promptly at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the incorrect order.


Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at cre8ivelegacies@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence:

    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

  3. Wait for Approval:

    • Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item or proceed with the replacement/refund process.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • For non-custom items returned for reasons other than damage or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exceptions

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
